Park Avenue Partners is a U.S.-based real-estate investment partnership specializing in acquisition and operation of mobile home parks / manufactured-housing communities (MHPs) across the United States. Their stated mission combines generating risk-adjusted returns for investors with increasing the supply of affordable housing for lower-income households.

The firm pools capital from accredited investors to fund purchases of mobile home parks; after acquisition, they improve operations — for example by renovating existing mobile homes, placing new homes on vacant pads, converting utilities (e.g. installing water meters), improving occupancy and management — then operate the parks to produce stable cash flow and aim to grow value over time.
