Comfort Capital is a family-owned, generational real estate investment firm focused exclusively on the Manufactured Housing sector (i.e., Mobile Home Parks). Founded in 2009, we bring over 17 years of experience to the ownership and operation of high-quality manufactured housing communities. Today, we own and operate more than 2,600 manufactured home spaces across 28 communities, and have successfully completed over 13 full-cycle divestitures. Our vertically integrated team includes 65+ dedicated professionals, anchored by our in-house property management company, Comfort Communities, which oversees day-to-day operations and community enhancements.
