Peachtree Group is a U.S.-based investment firm, founded in 2007, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Since its founding, it has expanded significantly beyond its original hospitality-focus, evolving into a diversified commercial real-estate investment, development, lending, and asset-management platform.

The firm pursues a wide range of real-estate activities: property acquisitions, commercial real-estate development, hospitality / hotel ownership and management, land development, and commercial real-estate lending (bridge loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, construction financing, CPACE financing, etc.). Peachtree also offers third-party hotel management services through its hospitality division and runs capital-markets/debt-and-equity financing services for its investments.

According to its own disclosures, Peachtree Group currently manages billions in equity, and over time it has completed hundreds of real-estate investments — reflecting a substantial footprint across multiple commercial real-estate asset classes.
