North Street Properties acquires & develops multifamily, mixed-use, & industrial assets throughout New Hampshire. 

Founded in 2020 by Derek Lawton and Sean Engel. The two first met in Mrs. Stratton’s 1st grade class at Tyngsboro Elementary School.

We believe the only way to predict the future is to create it. Dedicated to maximizing property performance and deliver a rewarding experience for tenants & investors. We have an entrepreneurial resulting in a creative approach to deal structures & development. We focus on measurable results over actions, If we can't measure it, we can't manage it.
