Diamond Point Homes (DPH) is a multifamily real estate investment firm founded by Kathy Jang, a seasoned entrepreneur and investor based in Phoenix, Arizona. What began as a single townhome rental in 2007 evolved into a thriving portfolio of more than 2,000 units and over $150 million in assets under management. DPH focuses on identifying value-add, “diamond-in-the-rough” properties, transforming them through thoughtful renovations and efficient operations to elevate both investor returns and community quality of life.

Kathy’s background—spanning consulting at Deloitte and KPMG, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and executive experience in the medical device industry—has shaped her analytical and strategic approach to real estate. As both a passive investor and lead syndicator, she has mastered multifamily operations and built a reputation for transparency, excellence, and integrity.

Driven by a mission to empower others to achieve financial freedom through passive income, Kathy uses DPH as a platform to educate and inspire investors. Her leadership extends beyond the firm through her role as co-organizer of the Arizona Multifamily Mastermind Group, where she helps others acquire and operate successful multifamily properties.
