MultifamilyOS is a real-estate education and coaching platform created by Charles Dobens. The platform offers an operating system (the “MultifamilyOS™”) designed to help new and experienced investors learn to acquire, manage, and scale multifamily real-estate investments properly — including training on acquisitions, underwriting, financing, property management, and exit strategies.

Rather than acting as a sponsor or owner-operator of apartment complexes (in a broadly advertised portfolio), MultifamilyOS presents itself as a mentor / training / deal-sourcing support system: through courses, a mentorship/cohort program, and community/network access.

The platform claims to have helped many investors — via its training, marketing-systems, and coaching — to purchase multifamily properties or convert hospitality assets (e.g. “hotel-to-apartment conversions”) using the “OS” methodology.
